These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Apex Cars website at apexcars.click and the car rental booking services provided by Apex Cars LLC ("Apex Cars", "we", "us"). By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Our role

Apex Cars provides a platform that lets you search, compare and book rental vehicles supplied by independent local rental companies worldwide. The rental contract for the vehicle itself is concluded at the counter between you and the supplier, subject to the supplier's rental conditions, which are summarised at the time of booking.

2. Booking and pricing

Prices shown are all-inclusive of mandatory taxes, applicable airport surcharges and basic protection unless stated otherwise. Optional extras are itemised before you confirm. The total displayed at confirmation is the price payable. Bookings are confirmed by issue of an electronic voucher.

3. Driver requirements

The main driver must hold a valid driving licence for the minimum period specified for the chosen vehicle and location, meet any minimum age requirement, and present the booking voucher, licence and a payment card in the main driver's name at pickup. Some countries require an International Driving Permit in addition to a national licence.

4. Changes and cancellation

Most bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time, with a full refund to the original payment method. The cancellation terms applicable to your booking are stated on your voucher. Amendments are subject to availability and may change the price.

5. Pickup and return

You must collect and return the vehicle at the location, date and time stated on your voucher. Late returns, fuel policy charges, tolls, fines and any damage are handled by the supplier under its rental agreement. We recommend inspecting the vehicle and documenting its condition at pickup.

6. Liability

We are responsible for providing the booking service with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for the acts of independent suppliers, for losses that were not foreseeable, or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorised access. All content and trademarks on the site are owned by Apex Cars LLC or its licensors.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
